Diario de rhontique, 15 may. 17

Managed to lose a couple of pounds while on our trip and while staying at the hospital with DH. I'll take that as a win! I need to get back to logging my food, I really think it helps to make me realize what I'm taking in. And when I know I have to log it, often times I don't eat it. Another win!

Good job! I also find that logging my intake makes me aware of how much I'm truly eating. Keep at it!
