Jillybean, what you need are a bunch of buddies here to support you on your journey!! Every day I find some time to read my buddie's journals and that reminds me daily that we all need each other's support to get thru another day! Take one day at a time and set a small goal for yourself: Like 10 lbs. If you set yourself a daily calorie goal and do NOT go over....and then 1 hour a day of moderate working out (walking, increased house work, riding bike, whatever), you could lose those 10 lbs by Dec 15th! What do you say??? you in????
