I probaly won't ever add what food I eat on a day to day basis on here. I keep a hand written journal for that. To share what I eat on most days I thought I'd just write it in this entry.
For breakfast~COFFEE!!! with splenda and 3 tbsp sugar free creamer. I either have some kind of Puffed cereal with 1/4 cup of fiber one mixed in it. OR~ 2 eggs over easy made with pam spray.Two peices of toast [healthly life bread] with 1 tbsp smart balance light butter spread. OR~ High fiber oatmeal with some fruit in it , made with water not milk. Although sometime I use milk but not often. I try to never have syrup and pancakes or waffles or french toast. Anything that I'd want syrup on....I just don't eat it.Too much sugar and sugar free syrup is disgusting. lol For lunch sometimes I have eggs and toast if I've had something different for breakfast. Or an omelet. tuna sandwich,lean cusine,soup,frozen chicken patty on healthy life bun,I always use miracle whip light too. I'll have taco salad if left over taco meat from dinner. Dinner~ Tacos are probaly our favorite . I make them with lean ground beef. Another favorite is Italian sausage and Zatarans jambalia. Fish sticks or fish fillets or chicken nuggets or frozen pizza, stirfry,meatloaf. Snacks~ Fruit,smoothies,90 cal snack bags, 100 cal.cupcakes,protien bars,yogurt,string cheese,............ I pretty much eat what I like but keep servings under control and figure out how many calories are in everything I eat.I try to stay around 1600 cals a day.
I'm not a fan of diets that are only shakes or fads I would be starving. I definetly need food for the exercise I do.
I also probally won't record worouts on here either although that is easier then recording all food. I usually do 40 mins on elliptical. I used to do an hour, I'm working to get back to that . Or I do a workout on demand like biggest loser or Jillian Micheals workout.
