I was just thinking while eating my healthy dinner.I am eating like my healthy skinny self and therefore will get that body back eventualy. I just have to remember that I have to live like this forever. When I was skinny I would start using excuses again just cuz I looked good. I would say oh "I'll burn it off tommorow". Or "I only have 5 lbs to lose to get back to my lowest weight." That soon turned into only being 5 lbs away from my fat starting weight! I don't want to yoyo anymore!
