I got my walking and then some in today. I walked until my phones battery died. I made it 16 chapters into the story I was reading (out of 100, I missed so many updates!) and I think I'm finally back to the point I was when I stopped reading it.
I started my walk at 47% battery, and it went down quick until it hit 5%. I figured I'd just keep walking until it died and then go plug it in. It tricked me. It was on 5% for 45 minutes. Eek. (It's bound to die any minute, yeah right.)
I was hoping I could get an accurate count of how far I go on my walks today, but I'm certain the buildings interfered, I was walking as fast as I can go without my hips threatening to dislocate and my app told me I went 3/4 of a mile in two hours and twenty minutes!
This is so wrong. Wrong!
I know I go somewhere between 2.5 and 3 mph when walking at my fastest speed, not exactly sure where, but somewhere between those two (being short is annoying, I can barely keep up with most of my friends without running when their pace is leisurely).
I lieu of more accurate data, I suppose I went somewhere between 5 and 7 miles today.
