Hello everyone!! I'm kind of new to this website, however I've been using the same application as this website, on another one (facebook). I started a few days ago and my own personal diet seems to be working wonders! I'm so excited! Before signing up here, I've lost 12 lbs since i've started. It sounds like a lot, but I've been eating pretty well... 1500 calories or slightly less per day, 3 meals and 2 snacks! Plus I work out and try to burn 3500 more than i consume! Anyways, I'm on here to build up some support, and support others on our roads to fitness! Woohoo!
