Yesterday I was at the grocery store looking like something off of Cirque Du Soleil. Juggling my points finder and several different brands of whole wheat pastas. I looked like an idiot....but what I won't do to find the best food choice(it's not just quality sometimes it's quantity as well). Who knew there were 87(well it seemed like 87...) different brands of whole wheat pastas?

It will be second nature in a few months and you will have no problem spotting your best choices from far. The best pastas and bread are made from 100% whole wheat so be sure to check the ingredients. They have lots of fiber so they are even more filling and taste really good.
