They are so good. I didn't use sugar- a few drops of stevia extract and a drop of sucralose.Shockingly easy to make.
Dissolve 1.5 teaspoons of salt (Tablespoon of sugar too if you are not worried about carbs). Then mix in half a cup of apple cider vinegar. I added stevia and a tiny but of sucralose instead of sugar. Thinly slice an average sized red onion and put it into a jar. Pour the liquid over. Leave out for an hour then refrigerate.. That's it. They keep for 2 weeks. 😊
