Yay Day 4! And I slept for 12 hours, how fantastic. Anyway, I'm about to go to the gym to make up for yesterday's not being able to exercise. It's my boyfriend's brother's birthday tonight, so we're going to his parents house for supper. I was a bit nervous because normally they don't cook "diet friendly", but Greg said that we're supposed to have prime rib, brown rice and salad! I can eat those things! So looks like again things will be good. Off I go to burn some calories!

Yup, I went to the gym! The Birthday was fine. Prime rib, brown rice and salad. I did have just a sliver of cake though. Thanks for asking!
