Hoping yesterdays weigh in wasn't some kind of cruel joke. WTF? If it holds up today, it'll be all good. Using my OCD to help me lose by making sure I get every meal/exercise punched into my phone. I knew my OCD wasn't all bad, just had to channel it to the good ;)

On a bummer note, my knee has stopped my treadmill usage for a few days. We'll see what happens.
