Day 5 of Cycle 1. Today's gone well as far as eating, stuck to the plan. Went to the gym with my boyfriend and did the elliptical, rowing, and some weights. Also got a workout when we got home. ;) Anyway, so I'm just plugging along. Anyone have any juice suggestions? We're supposed to drink freshly squeezed or not from concentrate. Obviously OJ, I found an apple juice NFC and cranberry, but he doesn't like that. Just wanting to know if anyone knows of specific brands. Oh, we got some V8 b/c he's never had it and I haven't had it in years. He hates it, and I'm not crazy about it, so rules that out too. Thanks!
