Took my vitamins - feel bad today - hoping I can get some energy. I should be going to the gym and feel depressed I'm giving myself some time to come around and go hard again. I feel like I failed - but I need to keep looking at my weight history - I'm fluctuating but not back to my old weight so when I'm ready (I think I'll start hard Monday again). In the meantime I'm watching what I eat and not going crazy - just trying no nix the depression.
