I can't seem to get enough to eat today. Emotionally I'm just fine, and I'm not over my calories or anything - sticking to my plan. It's just that most days, I eat something and then move onto the next thing. Today, I had lunch and then started in on snacks, and I still don't really feel satisfied. I've had a good amount of protein just now, though, and I'm hoping that will make it better.
Off to work on the basement, plan outfits for the week and do some meal prep for the next few days!!
