Diario de JLThreatful, 24 feb. 12

Likely from dehydration - and losing muscle mass - not really celebration worthy. Drink water today and back to the gym Monday - Blew my goal yesterday by 2 MGD 1 Quervo and a Spicy China White. I'm finding that not only recording my food is helping me realize what I eat but how very much I drink - along with the numerous journal entries of unhappiness. I suppose it wouldn't be crazy to realize I picked up a drinking problem in the 11 years of bartending I've done...
