Diario de loosinisfun, 05 dic. 07

day 189...new program is kickin my butt...but thats what its suppose to do...its suppose to challenge me, make me sweat more and its doing all the above...lol..im wore out..draggin again today...energy is zapped even though i drank my protein shake...gonna take a hour or two to get that back up again...

I know what you mean. Although, i'm dealing with the remnants of that cold I had, which is STILL my excuse. it made me think though: Maybe you're coming down/have a bug or something??

thanks everyone for the comments...i was so wore out yesterday that i went to bed at 7 last night..and slept all nite..feel great again today...guess its just my body tryin to readjust to my new program and the workouts i do....

Yeah it was your body telling you that you need rest. A good long sleep is beneficial to you, and it means you can kick ass today. good luck.
