Diario de biblioholic03, 05 dic. 07

Day 2 of Cycle 2. Ate a lot of calories today, but most things were healthy, so I don't feel so bad. :) Didn't end up going to the gym, just felt lazy today, but Greg and I are going in the morning before I leave for school (my last day of undergrad, well except for finals!) Still trying for those 3lbs girls; how are we doing? Didn't drink that much water today, so bad me. Oh, one thing I'm going to do tonight is get measurements before I lose anymore weight. Hm what else...not much, I've been avoiding homework all day and except for doing dishes and making lunch I haven't done anything but watch tv and lounge with my boyfriend and doggies!

Are you joking? 1005 calories is a lot? Since when? Looks like your golden to me..lots of healthy foods, not a lot of fat, lots of protein! I didn't do housework today either, finished it all yesterday..and it was a BE-YOO-ti-FUL thing to be lazy today. I worked out, but that's recreation. Anyways, you're doing great, I don't know why you are worried about the calories. I once went on a restricted calorie diet, and had to keep my caloies at about 1400. And those were my skinny days! sure miss them..LOL

I just meant a lot considering what I've eaten other days and what I'm supposed to have on XFS and that I did no exercise. It does feel good to be lazy sometimes, glad you were able to enjoy your day "off".

Keep them above 1200 Bib, or your body will work against you and you will be too tired to go to the gym. And with all the work on your plate at the mo you need lots of strength!
