day 190...today is cardio day and crunches in between cardio...gonna do elliptical for 30, crunches, elliptical again for 30, crunches, stationary bike 30, crunches, and if i still have any energy..lol..stationary bike for 15, crunches...and then we will have to see how bad im draggin...lol....even though its just cardio today, still have to push all i can...its all about pushing yourslf to get the workouts in...
