I am not cheating, I have had no real carbs or sugars for a solid week and have only lost 1oz. Could it be my diabetes? My insulin shots?

Maybe you should exercise and work out more often... I was the same about a month ago and I started to change it from 3days gym to 4days and helped a lot.
