Hang in there...you have to realize that the people on Biggest Loser are working out all day long and have that trainer there telling them what to do and what not to do....so unless that is you, you need to be patient. It will happen. You didn't gain it all in one day and you are not going to lose it all in one day. Keep your chin up and remember that you are not only losing the weight you are making yourself healthier!
