The 3-Food Protocol gave me lots of energy. The program says this usually means i am high on adrenaline. I have to eat more salt and balance my blood sugar. Remove unnecessary sources of stress and improve my posture. Accept my situation for what it currently is. Find a hobby to do. Going to BJ's Monday and I will get more Himalayan Pink Salt while there. Eating 6 times a day is part of how it stabilizes your blood sugar. It also balances your meals 50-25-25.

Update: This energy lasted until 2:30 p.m. at which point I needed a nap of about 45 minutes.
