I know my tracking was not great but I tried. I had a spoonful or bite of lots of leftover junk food that was in my house tonight, 2 onion rings, 5 fries, a sliver of pizza, a spoon full of macaroni salad and I am I am forgetting stuff. The worst part is I am hungry, my stomach is growling, not digested food growling but empty growling. Hoping seltzer water will solve that problem.
