Uugghhhh - I don't know when I'll learn not to over do it on the weekends! It seems I need to learn this lesson again and again. Since I only splurged on one meal and got in 45 minutes on the bike on the trainer yesterday, I really didn't expect a 2 lb gain since Saturday. Oh well, lesson learned and time to move on. It was a good motivator to work extra hard in cycling class this morning and it was a tough workout. I have a challenge this week; book club. But it is at my house so I will be more in control. We always have wine and munchies that is why book club is a challenge :) I have a massage scheduled for Friday which will be nice to look forward to and will be a reward for loosing 11 lbs at this point. I'm not weighing again until Saturday before I go to WW. I just need to follow my eating plan and exercise and trust that the scale will go down.
