I'm with Lara. At this time of year, just maintaining is a huge victory!! Thanks for the reminder about this being the last weigh-in of december. That might just be the extra motivation I need to stay good this week. i am doing all of my holiday cooking on Monday and so I am nervous, but determined to keep it under control.
