Still am really fatigued, but at least i haven't needed a nap. Other than that i have a headache, I feel weak, my balance is off, I am unsteady, I have excess gas (I burp a lot), when i go, my stools are loose, I have pink spots on my legs and feet that make me scratch a lot. i think I might be B12 anemic, but since i don't get many sources of iron and am a vegetarian, I think I should take 18 mg iron daily. The B-100 B-complex supplement i am taking seems to be lightening my headache; also i pee a lot at night, as many as 5 times. I am losing weight a little fast, so i upped my calorie intake by 100 calories to see what that does.

Hopefully, when I see my doctor on Monday, he will order a B12 level and a methylmalonic acid level for me. High methylmalonic acid usually indicates B12 deficiency. This could mean i need B12 injections to get me back to normal, then keep it up with my supplement.
