So tired today. Fitbit recorded being wakened 6 times in 6 hours. One I was awake for an entire hour. There is no way I can lift weights with that amount of sleep. I hope tonight is better. 😕

Take the fitbit off! I had that very same problem, when I slept with my fitbit. Every time you move, it records you as awake. It was stressing me out and I was actually getting less sleep. Sleep without it. Add some Indian ginseng to your diet (Ashwagandha) and it'll help you chill so you sleep better. :-)

Also, do your best to remove all electric devices from your bedroom. They actually mess with your body electric, for lack of a better term. I bought myself a non ticking old fashioned alarm clock. There's nothing else in my room but an old fashioned book! I used to wake up to pee 5-6 times a night. Now I get up once. Of course, dumping sugar helped with that too. :-)

Yourpissingmeoff- its mainly my kids that wake me up. I have 3 under the age of 13, one had special needs /medical issues and has frequent night wakings. I've only had the fitbit for 8 months. I've had to tend to the night wakings for 9 years. Its very bad for my health. I don't have any computers, tv's or alarm clocks in my bedroom- just a phone-but those are all great suggestions for typical sleep problems. 🙂

My Fitbit and Garmin go on the table or get charged over night else my sleep patterns would show no more than 1.5 max of uninterrupted sleep daily.
