I am hoping to stay in the 140s. This is my first goal. Right now I am just barely into them.
I am also hoping for some answers as to what my problem is. If the doctor does not run an anemia panel, I think I will order it myself and ask for a receipt. I do not know how to submit charges to Medicare, as this is something doctors usually do for me, but I will figure it out.
In my opinion, the B-complex was doing a little, but not enough to keep me awake all day. I ended up taking a 1 hour nap at 1:15 p.m. I could be B-12 deficient, Iron deficient, or both; I won't know until i get tested with an anemia Profile.
Tomorrow is reporting day for my challenge; let's hope i stay in the 140s.
