5 grams of net carbs a serving, 10 servings per cake. Has eggs, cream cheese, carbquik, vanilla and splenda. I made it twice already and its excellent!

Another low carb option, instead of wheat. is almond flour (alone) or with coconut flour if you can do nuts. Or use chopped nuts and maybe a little coconut flour. So many options. Grains are inflammatory...so luckily there are lots of recipes now on the internet and videos on YouTube showing tasty treats without grains. Also stevia, xylitol and erythritol are natural sweeteners, if you want to avoid artificial sweeteners like splenda.
