With 6 days to go until the end of the first leg of my challenge, I feel that the odds that I will achieve my 5 lbs weight loss by March 15th are pretty good. The one thing that might break me, however, is the growing hungry I've been experiencing these last few days. I never feel satisfied for very long, and even now that i have instituted mid-meal snacks, I just end up having to ignore a gurgling stomach and constant thoughts of food. I may not be consuming enough calories, but based on my calculations, I think I'm consuming between 1,200 and 1,300 cals a day, the minimum requirements for someone my age, weight and height.
Nevertheless, I feel quite motivated to get 'er done, and to reach my weight goal once and for all.
