Finished an 18 hour fast this morning and decided that I needed a steak. So it was ribeye steak and 3 eggs for lunch today! Down another pound, and I know this may sound crazy, but I'm feeling better and my knees aren't hurting like they used to. I know it's not from the minor weight loss, but from eating right for the first time in 25+ years!
