Lab results came back this afternoon. My T3 was 69, T4 was 0.8 and TSH was 0.95. My headache is a little lighter, but i have been eating more salt and that could be why. It could also be my multivitamin and B-complex supplements--I break the B-100 in half so as not to overdose on folate and B12. Doing my temperature and pulse because today is day 2 of my cycle. Will be doing that for the next 2 days.

Trying to hold through until next Wednesday when I see my endocrinologist. Still quite exhausted, though; needed a 1 hr. 15 minute nap this morning. i almost didn't wake up. I hope increasing my Nature-Throid will help that. I go back to school on August 29th and am looking forward to it.

Gained about 0.6 lbs. today. I believe it's because I got my monthly cycle and it will come off in a couple of days. My cycle is very light right now as well, and I will mention that when I see my doctor Wednesday. It was also 5 days late.
