Will start Armour Thyroid in the morning. It cost me $21.14 for a 30 day supply of 60 mg tablets. When I go back September 26 at 3 p.m., it will need to be adjusted. Hopefully, my next lab work will show my level of T3 has improved enough to be within the normal range and my T4 has gone up as well.
I am just hoping not to gain too much at this point. If my weight continues to climb, I will undo what work I have done. I keep to my RDI and try to push myself in the Tae Bo tapes as much as I can. I don't have a lot of energy, though, so I can only push so hard.
I will start drinking 32-64 oz. of water a day as well, and see where it gets me.
