Diario de loosinisfun, 17 dic. 07

day 201..crispy outside today only 12..brrrrrrr..but still made it to the gym for a morning workout..have decided to turn up the drive alittle more, instead of just an hour on elliptical, and then the bike, gonna start doing 2 hours on elliptical...burn baby burn..lol..so today i started out with 30 minutes at a time, that way i can get off...get water in me, and walk around for a min or 2..i always do a hill program and i always set the resistance to 10 or higher..today i did 1 hour and 40 min... and then later this after noon will do a few dumbbell curls to keep my metabolism burning thru out the day..hope evryone is doing great...and burning off them calories one way or another...

Oh my gosh...I recall you once asked ME where I get my energy! HOpefully, if Santa remembers what i want for Xmas, I'll be enjoying hours of my own eliptical! You have really discovered the key to losing all that weight, haven't you? I wonder where you'll be when the new year gets here. I know you have a timeline of where you want to be...are you ahead of schedule right now? it seems to me that you're going to be at your goal much sooner than you first expected. I'm so proud of you that I just want to show you off. what an inspiration you are, Mike!

i take protein shakes with me to the gym and when i need the extra protein i drink them..some days i dont need it..i drink the pro complex, from gnc..
