Utterly swamped. Coworker is on vacation. Just eating healthy, Keto, staying on track- weight is exactly the same. Not journaling as much. Meditating. Will get more/ back into hard exercise when things are flowing and I get back to having some more' me' time. Just doing quick nature walks for well being while schedule is so full.

That, and 3 kids in 3 schools, sounds like triathlons back to back. Hope you're sleeping well?

Yes, the funny thing is that having school back in session is improving my sleep drastically because everyone gets to bed early including me. I've been waking right before my alarm goes off. I love it when that happens. 😊 My special needs kiddo woke me at 4am today- thank goodness it was Saturday and I could go back to bed and then sleep in a bit. 😊

I saw a sleep app that waked you when you are at your lightest sleep level - but, I thought what if that happens after you needed to wake up for an important appointment or work!
