Diario de tribute_to_erasmus, 14 mar. 12

Sacrificing a workout in the interest of sleep -- the day kind of flew by today, lots to do around the house (and my lemon tree was shipped today, so I had to pick it up). I haven't had a good night's sleep in almost a week, running on 5-6 hours of zzzs nightly. It's no wonder the scale hasn't budged in days. I need to let my body rest and I'm confident the pounds will (re)start melting off. I've definitely been putting in the work. Tomorrow, we have an intensive soccer game planned, so not working out tonight will leave me feeling fresh for tomorrow, nor will it bother my aching joins, pulled quad and sore calf. Wow, I feel like I'm falling apart!
