I fell off the wagon last night. I'm back on today :) Can't beat myself up too much or I'll just make it worse. Gotta learn from our mistakes right?? I chose to deal with stress the wrong way and ate junk. Guess a lifetime of habits aren't forgotten over night. Now I just gotta keep practicing good healthy habits and stay stong :)
