Diario de loosinisfun, 21 dic. 07

day 205...43 outside today...took a morning walk today before my trip to the gym at 6am..was really foggy out, but was still a nice day for a walk..then headed to gym for a workout..rode the bike for 20, then started liftin weights, just to get my workout in..did 60 minutes of weights..will do some dumbbell curls this afternoon and again this evening to keep my metabolism going...hope everyone has a great day...
