Diario de crankybuzzard, 05 sep. 17

Smoked a big brisket over the long weekend, and decided tonight that I needed to make chili with some of the left overs. No beans in it, just onions, spices, puréed dried peppers, and a little green bell pepper.

It turned out really good, but sure missed my crackers! Went over on carbs a little due to the onions and peppers, but I'll live. LOL

T8U9, it tasted ALMOST as good as my old style of chili that I make from left over brisket, but that recipe has about 3 bazillion carbs per spoon full! LOL
