Day 100 of the siege... realized that I was doing "Atkins", "Keto", "LCHF", whatever-its-called-this-week... since June 1, 2017. Better late than never, right?

I think I'm going to have to tweak this a bit... appears that FS no longer shows total pounds lost when you "Jump the Shark" (switch diet plans).

I don't think you need to know what the label is as long as its working...lol that's my take right now anyway

THIS is why I haven't switched my diet plans again in FS. You live and learn. I am however becoming more true to KETO because it is working wonders for me. Better late than never applies to me too.... Keep going BRO!!!

Yes, I switch up ALL the time, seems to work some weeks and not some weeks, keep the body guessing, you should do what is best for you and I see you diffidently have it HOOKED UP my friend... WOE ON !!!!!

the Atkins/Keto seems to be working for me too, just need to learn how to get more veggies in supposed to have 12-15 carbs from veggies a day but that only leaves me 8 for the rest of day?????induction says to stay under 20 yesterday i logged in at 21.9 . How many carbs do you eat a day 37to1184?
