Had a good night of rest and already took a walk down our driveway!! I have 9 lbs of IV solution I need to get rid of. LOL The hospital food was really good (I know NO ONE says that) but they had all the carbs listed on their menu so it was very easy to eat the LC way! Of course the "nutritionist" kept trying to get me to add more bready carby foods but I held fast!! Now to get this knee healed and onto the next 25 lb weight loss!!!
