Diario de Gouldilocks, 09 sep. 17

Hi everyone
I did a 3.5 mile walk today and feel really proud.
Being really lazy when it comes to exercise I need to make more of an effort.
Hit five stone loss !!

Enjoying finding new and different food and tonight making a home made soup to freeze in portions

Hi Gouldilocks great to see you are doing well, l tried a few new recipes myself to spice up my meals, l was always eating the same old stuff and I think that's why I wasn't losing much weight but since I changed l am steadily losing again. Take care of yourself and let us know how things are.
