Diario de ann01981, 14 sep. 17

I have not been doing well or feeling well. Only 6 weeks until the marathon and I am just starting to train. I have been eating poorly but the scale is holding steady. I can not remember what I had for breakfast and of course, it is not on my phone, everything else I eat is but not breakfast. I ran this morning but only for a mile then walk back to my car. I don't remember eating anything before my run except a few sips of my protein shake so it would fit in my bottle, I had packed a Larabar and ate it right before work, I also had a peanut packet but it is still in my hydration pack, I know I ate something before I left the house today. Food addiction at it's finest. :(

When I get caught up in trying to do too many things at the same time, or when I'm super focused on a goal that's outside my comfort zone, I get stressed and forgetful. Maybe it's just too much too soon.

I agree, but I am only working part time( which is ok except the lack of money part) and don't have too much else going on. I guess you are right I am just super focused on Ireland and my marathon the last one planned and 100% sure the last one for a long, long while).
