Well, I've determined that I will be adding a bit of carbs to my diet each day (3 net grams) in the form of fiber pills. Yeah, I know, not a great topic of discussion on a Friday night.

Any of my keto friends have suggestions for me that don't require me to chew up 2 very nasty tasting pills each night?

I'm getting the bulk (heh) of my fiber from avocados, Garden of Life prebiotic fiber powder mixed into drinks, chia seed pudding, zero net carb non-alkalized cacao, 90% very unprocessed chocolate, and konjac pasta.

I add chia seeds and flax seeds to my smoothie every morning and Vitamix it.
