Diario de loosinisfun, 03 mar. 10

goooooood mornin everyone...32 outside this mornin..an doesnt feel that cold really, even thought about a walk, but instead decided to work out in the room...im just afraid of going for a walk an the chill bothering my knee more and making it even more stiff an sore...so the plan in a few is to do a dance dvd and then get on the floor an do some ab crunches...anything to get movement...watched the biggest loser last night for the first time in a longgggggg time...was hopin to get motivated an back on track better...weight is up once again today...but i did have crackers yesterday an havnt been drinkin as much water, as ive been sleepin 8 hours at night with no potty breaks in between...just simple little things, but its startin to show more...i kno whats causing the gain, just need to get my head on straight an buckle down...well just finished breakfast an gettin ready to start this day ..have a great one...
