Just a tip. If you are interested in spiralizing vegetables other than zucchini, here is a great website. The author has a NYT bestselling cookbook too but I'm a web person. And, she shows how to make recipes with zucchini, cukes, carrots, squash, butternut squash, onions etc. very cool. I will be trying some of these out.
