Diario de Losin25, 30 mar. 12

I get up at 5:00 a.m. every morning during the weekdays to go to hot yoga. And tonight, I have an 8:45 soccer game. That means that the game won't be over until about 11:00. I am going to be dead on my feet!!! I don't think I'm going to get up early to go do my WW weigh-in. Not to mention, I kinda don't feel like I did my best this week. had 3/7 uncontrollable days. Which were a result of poor planning, letting myself get too hungry, and not drinking enough water. A different issue on each of the 3 days.

My energy has been very low this week. My husband has even commented on it. I'm not sure what it is, but I do feel and look run down. Maybe it's my allergies, which are pretty bad right now. I kinda feel like if I had a uterus, this would be my time of the month. I still have my ovaries, so maybe it is a female problem. Maybe it's all of those things rolled into one.

And to top it all off, I've been a little constipated these last few weeks. My pooing has definitely become irregular. I think it is because I stopped taking my spirulina supplements. Started taking them again about 2 days ago, but things are still kinda slow on the move.

Next week is my 6th week on maintenance with WW and I really want my last weigh-in to be a good one as I move from maintenance to lifetime. Can't wait to get that key charm. It's been 12 years in the making.
