I just did a little math, and I am quite pleased to see that my weight loss averages out to about 1.25 lbs a week since I started. 😄

I also just shrank down into my next smallest belt. I probably could have started wearing it a week or so ago, apparently, because the loosest hole is a little too loose. This is the fun belt! It sparkles. ✨ I was getting all ready to get out my hole punch and super glue when I remembered I had a smaller one. 😓 Oh well, I guess the bigger one can go in the garbage now. It's all frayed.

Big smile. I have a bunch of belts waiting to be donated that are way too huge, and I also have some in my closet that seem so small that I can't imagine when I fit into them ... maybe they were my sons?? So I'm on an entirely new belt wardrobe! You are doing great!
