Started South Beach Diet two weeks ago, lost about 6 lbs in phase one, and started phase two on Monday of this week. Eating pretty much as I am supposed to, but trying to find more ways of incorporating vegetables, because it is hard to fit them all into the meal without eating the same things every day.
I lost 40 lbs on this diet a few years ago, but have gained most of it back. Determined to take it off and make sure it stays off this time. So far I'm having to depend on diet alone, as a back injury has prevented me from starting my walking plan that I worked up. Hopefully in a few days I can get back to that.
