I'll find out my fat % tomorrow. Then i will calculate my calories with the Katch-McArdle Formula. Also, I will try raising the protein to 30% and lowering the fat to 15%. So it will be 55-30-15 starting tomorrow. This will mean 132.55 g protein a day for a 1900 calorie plan. Currently I'm at 24.3%, but I would like to get it to 16-20% and not lose more weight.
