Getting ready for bed. Spent evening listening to peaceful piano music on utube. Made it to the gym for 45 minutes stationary bike. The reward was I got to read for 45 minutes while doing moderate exercise. Put beef fillts in to slow cook while I was gone. Beef was very tasty with garlic flavor. Since I was really tired before going to the gym, I make a protein drink with a fiber greens and fruit blend before going. I checked my micros so didn't add any more fruits or veggies to dinner. WHEY protein powder had lots of protein. Just now I took a supplement for sleeping.
