My redneck meal prep for next week's lunches and some snacks. I love this WOE, it allows me to have the foods I adore!

Babyback ribs, cured country style pork ribs, homemade Italian sausage, and some homemade bratwurst. All smoking with hickory wood.

All of these reheat very well when heated in a vacuum bag in hot water, or nuked at the workplace.

Sorry to hijack the thread... T8U9... how long and at what water temp do you cook your chicken? I've been eyeing a sous vide stick that my employer sells... but I can't make up my mind... if there's a reliable method that doesn't require a special tool I'm all for it!

Hijack away! This is a learning group for sure. I'd suggest getting the stick.. It heats and circulates the water for better and more even heating. I haven't done chicken in a SV, yet, so I'll let others help with that part.
